All three floors have separate entrance with pin code locks. the basement garage is used by owner for storage. Here are the monthly rent amounts for all floors separately: Lower Floor - $2,900 Middle Floor - $ 4,300 Upper Floor - $ 3,550 * Price advertised is for a lease of 1 year or greater. Shorter term occupancy may be allowed, please inquire for pricing and availability. * Renter pays electric, trash, water, landscaping, rental tax, and hot tub maintenance. We can also provide a quote with utilities included for corporate renters. * No Pets Allowed. Security deposit 1.5x rent on long term lease. * Section 8 may apply. Insurance relocations accepted. * If you wish to rent the property to do "Airbnb" or STR: We require 4 months of deposit, a 10% increase on rent, and 2 solid years of operating history in the business. Tax returns and/or financials will be required as proof. We prefer operators with properties of their own who have been or are currently landlords to prove ability to maintain property.
