The upstairs includes a full kitchen/dining/living area and master bedroom/bathroom and a loft. Downstairs there is a kitchenette, living area, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a laundry room. One of the bedrooms and kitchenette can be closed off from the other areas and be used as a separate living space with its own entrance. The house is location combines the best of nature and convenience. It is located on a very quiet street and has a creek running in the backyard. While at the same time it is a 5 min walk to the West Asheville Park and a 15-minute walk to downtown West Asheville where you have access to a health food store, local farmer's market, a local bakery/coffee shop, a music venue, and many local restaurants. It is only a 4 min drive to downtown West Asheville and an 8 min drive to Downtown Asheville. Families with children are welcome. Pets are considered case by case and will require an extra $300 pet fee. Owner pays for all utilities including electricity, trash, recycling, sewer, water, and wifi. Lease 1 - 12 months or longer.
