Move-in Ready! Owasso Schools - Smith Elementary, Landlord pays for Water (up to $50 per month). Other Utilities are renter's responsibility. Microwave, Stove, and Dishwasher are included. Small pets are allowed with non refundable deposit and Landlord's approval. No Smoking. Renters are also responsible for yard maintenance. Minimum renter requirements: 600 Credit Score or above 3x Income to Rent Ratio (Verifiable) 12 Month Lease Immediate Disqualifications: * A current, non-discharged Bankruptcy action, Falsified information, Eviction less than 5 years (and not included in bankruptcy), Housing related debt or Rental reference that would not re-rent. * An applicant will be denied if they have been convicted, pled guilty or no contest to a felony crime in the last 7 years. * Any misdemeanor in the last three years will be a disqualification. Owner pays for the Water, up to $50 per month. Small Pets are accepted with non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet (2 max). First month and all Deposit/fees are due at lease signing.
