Owner provides electricity up to $100.00 per month; internet with WiFi service; and water. Renter is responsible for telephone and television. A boathouse sits over the lake on one corner of the lot. Renters are welcome to bring their own non motorized kayaks, canoe, paddle boards, and floats. Renters are prohibited from using motorized watercraft on Lake Lanier. Pets are not allowed. The temporary/sublet rental period is from 1 to 6 months. Lease cost is $2000 per month plus a $2000 security deposit. The rental is fully furnished.
