Welcome to Maple Sanctuary, where your beautiful home awaits just North of Downtown Greenville, which is only a quick 8 minute drive away. Our home is fully-furnished and the rental price includes all utilities and maintenance. We are also dog-friendly with a $250 fee ($100 for each additional pet). Maple Sanctuary is available for monthly rental (30 days-6 months). This home is fully furnished and all lawn care, utilities, internet (not cable, TV is available for streaming), and trash pick up are included. The space BONUS AMENITY This home comes complete with a SC State Park Pass, which will get one vehicle FREE admittance to all 3 local state parks. We've also included a fun guide to each park so you can best plan your stay. We can't wait for you to experience the best that the upstate has to offer. Located in a prestigious and historic neighborhood, Maple Sanctuary is sure to charm those wishing to move to the area or who need to retreat to the upstate for an extended stay. When you arrive at the property, you will park on the street in front of the home. Guests will proceed through a front gate to the pathway that leads to the spacious front porch, which is equipped with 6 rocking chairs. The building is accessed through a smart lock code on the front door. This front porch area and entryway are private for guests. As soon as you enter the front door, you will go in the door to your right to access your spacious unit. The doorway opens into our cozy living room where two vintage armchairs, a large sofa, TV, and industrial style decor await you. Off of the living room is the main hallway, connecting the two bedrooms on either end. Each bedroom is equipped with nightstands, lamps, and a King Bed. The back bedroom has a dresser as well as a closet, and the front bedroom features a TV and a closet. Please note, all TVs offer access to streaming through your apps, as we do not offer cable. In the middle of the two bedrooms off of the hallway is the bathroom, featuring a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo. Finally, behind the living area is our large, spacious kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, with a peninsula for staging and prepping food. Our dining table seats four, and is open to the kitchen area. In the corner nook off the kitchen, we have a fold-down desk, which guests can use to get some work done (High-speed Wifi is included). Our complimentary washer and dryer are also located in a closet off of the kitchen. We can't wait to welcome you to Maple Sanctuary, your home away from home 3 miles from Downtown.
