For traveling physicians and medical staff, this home is just 4 miles from Providence Newberg and 10 miles from McMinnville's Willamette Valley Medical. The home itself is furnished in one-of-a-kind Bali-style antique furniture and a chef's kitchen with gas range/oven + convection oven and high-grade cooking utensils. Enjoy a comfortable den with 55-inch streaming TV, a one-of-a-kind indoor bar ("the snake bar"), and a separate dining/living room for entertaining. New flooring, new plush carpet in the bedrooms, and new tile in the bathrooms offer a beautifully updated look. Large clothing armoire and walk-in closet are in primary BD, full chest of drawers and standard closet in second BD, and third BD serves up desk and office chair, plenty of books and even more closet storage. (Third BD can be used for additional bedroom if needed.) Enjoy morning coffee or dinner on the backyard deck with a new gas BBQ and patio furniture. The oversized backyard is lush with mature trees and flowering bushes. Interior house plants are lush as well - my landscape "butler" cares for both. All utilities covered in rent (including internet) through 5 month leases. 5+ month leases, tenants just pay for gas and electric. This house is available for 30 days and beyond. So, rent for 30 days, 60 days, 4 months, 6 months whatever is needed. This is a fully furnished house, but you can negotiate for unfurnished. GARAGE There is a 2-car garage as well as driveway and street parking options directly in front of the house. UTLITIES All utilities are covered for tenants renting for 4 months or less. If longer than 4 months, tenants will be responsible for electric and gas only. Landlord will always handle water, trash and internet expenses, regardless of the rental term. SECURITY DEPOSIT If you're renting for just a month, you certainly don't have to pay an entire month's rent as your security deposit! For one month, the security deposit is $700 + one cleaning fees of $149. If you're renting for more than a month, the security deposit is on a sliding scale at $500 per month rented + one cleaning fee of $229. So, for instance, for 6 months the security deposit would be $3,000. The security deposit is entirely refundable if only normal wear and tear occurs. DOGS & CATS Dogs of any size will be considered but are not guaranteed. This is a plushly furnished house with new flooring and it can rain A LOT outside (mud). Cats are not allowed. There will be a negotiated pet deposit that adds to the cleaning fee. SMOKING No smoking (of any substance) inside or on the property. TENANT MAINTENANCE I handle all yard work with a landscape team. I have a plant carekeeper who can water the 4 indoor plants, or we can negotiate your watering of them. Tenants are asked to take their weekly trash in trash cans to the curb for early Tuesday AM pickup (the calendar for yard vs. recycling is posted in the house). In order to maintain your privacy, I will not have my household cleaners inside the property until you have vacated.
