*This is a furnished home that is available to rent starting January 24th - March 1st. The home is a furnished, one-level, 2300 sqft, renovated, 2 bedroom, 1937 farmhouse. It is located 15 min from downtown Asheville (west) and Black Mt. (east). The house is nestled on a private 1-acre wooded lot with gardens surrounding the home. We are a 1 min drive from Warren Wilson College and farm, a 10 min from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Trails, Pickle Ball, and conveniences are close by. The home has been decorated with mid-century modern and eclectic art and comfortable furnishings and includes a chef's kitchen with 2 sinks and 2 ovens. There is a TV room with a 50" Smart TV, a gas fireplace, recliners and pull-out sleeper couch. There is a great room with vaulted ceilings and windows on every wall. In this room there is also a dining room table and wood burning stove. Below the great room you will find our ping pong room accessed from a brick driveway, underneath the trellis. The primary bedroom has a king-sized, 4-post, teak bed as well as a large 2+ person jacuzzi tub, toilet and sink. This room also has a large work desk next to the french doors leading to the back deck and a small gas fireplace. The "Tigre Room" has a king-size bed and a trundle couch.
