The home is a single level charming and newly remodeled home located in the Ocean Lake district on the south end of Lincoln City, OR. The entire home/property is for rent. The neighborhood is quiet and within a half mile walking distance to the Oregon Coast and Devils Lake. The home is 1.8 miles away from Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital. Yard care and overall maintenance needs are included in monthly rent. Storage shed available. Garage is not available for use unless agreed upon prior to stay. Room for 3 cars to be parked out front of home. I have a rental contract and a list of house rules/guidelines/expectations that I ask renters to review, initial, and sign prior to their stay. I also require renters to obtain renters insurance during their stay for their added protection. $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit upon check out. Minimum 30 days stay and maximum 6 month stay. Pets to be considered with more information provided at time of inquiry. Potential for pet deposit to be added to base deposit amount of $2100. Rental is fully furnished. Utilities are $300 a month to be added to rent of $2100 for a total monthly cost of $2400. I prefer to rent to travel nurses or other medical staff hired under contract.
