The home is solid and peaceful. Look outside the windows and see the wildlife. Enjoy the evening relaxing by the outdoor fire pit or inside by the gas fireplace. There's a small, front yard and a large backyard which are both fenced. There are fruit trees , berry bushes and garden space. Tenants to care for the property and maintain the yard. (Can have landscape company for an additional fee.) There's one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower on the main floor. 2 bedrooms and 1/2bath with tub and sink upstairs.
