Hot Tub deck has a small seating area, and large, built-in Hot Tub. The home is on a 1 acre lot overlooking the Laker, with ample parking, and great privacy. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, basketball hoop, and lawn area which has corn hole and can jam games. A walking trail behind the house winds through upper acre, which has 2 campsites. This rate of $4500 is for a one-year lease that includes the Summer and Fall Months. This factors in the significant income the Owner typically realizes via short-term rentals during these seasons. Shorter lease terms are available at lower rates that do not include peak months. Rent rate would be $2000 for a lease ending April 30th, 2024, $3000 for a lease ending May 31st 2024, and $3500 for lease ending June 30, 2024. Owner is open to lessor sub-letting during peak rental season, with conditions. Lessor would be responsible for all utilities. Owner would provide plowing, general road maintenance, and overall maintenance of the Property.
