It is available for rental of 15 days or longer. The house has the original hard wood flooring on the 1st/2nd floors, 2 bedrooms (1 w/ king bed, 1 w/ queen bed, both w/ closets) on the 1st floor and a spacious loft on the 2nd floor. New furniture for the family room, dining room, and both bedrooms (beds, bedsheets, blankets, pillows, etc). Full bathrooms on both the first floor and basement includes bath/hand towels. Kitchen has updated countertops and sink, large LG stainless steel French Door refrigerator, stainless steel oven/range, stainless steel microwave, stainless steel toaster oven/air fryer, and dishwasher. We recently purchased the following kitchen items: Hamilton Beach combination drip/Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot blender, griddle, hot water pot, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. Many new technical upgrades including a 60" Samsung 4K HDR TV, August Wifi smart lock which allows keyless entry, Ring doorbell and accompanying Ring Chime, 5 wired Nest Protect smoke and CO alarms, Nest thermostat, WIFI 6 with dual band router, Alexa Echo, Alexa Echo Dot, and 300 Mbps high-speed internet. Half of the basement is fully finished, and the other half has plenty of storage and includes a clothes washer, clothes dryer, and 2nd refrigerator. The home has almost 1,800 square feet. Quiet hours observed starting at 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets onsite would be negotiable and require a non-refundable pet deposit. Cleaning fee of $250. Utilities are $250/month and include natural gas, trash, water, electric, high speed internet, and lawn maintenance. Alternatively, negotiable to have guests pay their own.
