Nicely updated and clean, this home is a corner lot and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room with couch that folds down for an additional full-sized sleeping area, dedicated work space, kitchen with eat-in area, and a large, clean, open basement that can be used as a rec room, office area, game room, or work out area. There is a nice sized yard. It has a one car garage with an additional frig, and there is a side slab for additional off-street parking. Keyless entry on both the front and back doors as well as the garage door provides easy access. There are a newer washer and dryer in the basement. You will have central heat and air conditioning, a nicely updated space, all the cooking utensils and equipment you'll need, natural light, darkening curtains in the bedrooms when you don't want that light, a nice yard and outside space, garage parking, and just be steps away from the best restaurants, bars, boutiques, and nature that Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood has to offer. This house is fully furnished with brand new furniture. Little extras like USB outlets and extra phone charging cables and starter kits for the kitchen, bath and laundry, we have tried to provide everything you will need to feel at home while you are here. We are excited to provide fully furnished living, and you will find that you have everything you need and more at the apartment.
