This custom-built tiny home is equipped with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and plenty of storage. The kitchen is fully equipped and linens/towels are included. It is situated on a half acre parcel separated from the main house by a large shop. The driveway has 6 off-street parking spots shared with occupants of the main house and shop--one spot is assigned to the tenant of the tiny house. There is a laundry facility on the property in the basement of the main house accessed through the back door with an individualized key-pad code. Utilities are included in rent price: water, electric, propane, internet, disposal. We do not allow pets of any kind or smoking. We do 30-day minimum, month-to-month leases. The property is available starting October 14th. We cannot schedule tours of the inside before September 23rd.
