NOTE: the new (and legal) address for our house is 28 SANJOY LANE, which is at the end of Hildreth Road. This is a furnished rental available for a minimum of 6 months during the 10/1/23 - 6/30/24 timeframe. Heron Cove is a private waterfront home located on a beautiful 1-acre lot less than 15 minutes from Brunswick. There is a water view from almost every room in the house! The first floor is open from end to end with windows facing the water. The huge deck offers a wonderful spot to sit while watching the multitude of wildlife on and off the water. This spacious home is completely furnished, right down to the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. A bedroom with a queen bed on the first floor can also sub as an office. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds. The primary en-suite has a brand new vanity with double sinks. The second bathroom upstairs houses the washer and dryer. Every utility and expense is included (at an approximate cost of $1,100 per month for the owners): Baseboard heat, electricity, WiFi, a water softener, A/C, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, and a propane generator. Even when a storm knocks the power out, you'll still have it! Plowing is provided by the owner, but tenant is responsible for shoveling entryway paths and porches/decks. Tenants will have use of one bay in the garage, as well as ample space to park in the driveway. There are several walking and hiking trails nearby to explore the beautiful town of Harpswell.
