Pest control and front/back landscaping are included at no additional cost. Pets are welcome (1 small to medium size dog) for an upfront fee. Renter is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, phone/internet/cable, water/sewer). No smoking is allowed. One small to medium dog is permitted (up to 50 pounds) with a $600 non-refundable deposit. The refrigerator's ice machine is broken. Owner pays for pest control and landscaping in front and back. Space available for 3 cars in garage and 3 cars in driveway - no street parking. A $3,000 refundable security deposit and last month's rent will be collected at signing.
