We are conveniently located within walking distance to Historic Hillcrest restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery, park trails, and outdoor pavilions. Easy public transportation options are also nearby. Adorned with beautiful hardwood floors, this uniquely designed house is equipped with high speed Internet, as well as a Roku TV. The eat in kitchen is fully outfitted for your everyday cooking, adjoined by a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The second bedroom is furnished as a multi-functional space to accommodate several possible uses. It can be used as an exercise room, an office, a second sitting area or bedroom It's equipped with a chaise lounge that folds down to a comfortable twin bed. Enjoy your morning coffee outdoors on the screened-in porch, and then head out on foot exploring all the Hillcrest neighborhood has to offer! (Check the photos for someone our favorite restaurants!) Rest assured, this charming 1930s home is the perfect landing pad for any professional looking for the warmth of a neighborly area with the easy of walking to several places of interest. And no need to worry about yard maintenance or pest control. We've got that covered! *We have found that for longer stays, mid-stay cleans help us maintain sanitation of the home. This housekeeping is not negotiable, but the day/time is when our trusted cleaner visits is negotiable. *For stays 6 months or longer, the deposit required is increased to the equivalent of one month's rent. If you're looking for a smaller space, please inquire about our 'Colorful Hillcrest Studio,' a sunshine-filled private studio rental that is tucked behind the bungalow, separated by picket fencing with its own off street parking. Please note: The mailbox is shared by both the studio and bungalow tenants. This charming 1930s bungalow is one of two smoke-free/pet-free rentals on the property. There is a studio rental tucked behind the main house which is not visible from the street. Parking options include a backyard off-street pad, as well as free street parking in front of the house. Minimum of one month stays accepted. All utilities are included, along with yard service and pest control. Non-refundable Application Fee - $50 Rent - $1650/month Refundable security deposit - $900 Nonrefundable cleaning fee - $150 Stays three months or longer require complimentary mid stay cleans.
