This peaceful property is tucked against the mountain side where you can sit on the deck and often watch deer munch on vegetation or eagles soar above. Go for a dip in Lummi's only swimming lake which is also a fun fishing hole. Steps up a trail you'll find a playground with a volleyball net and basketball hoop. Beach access, boat launch, and club house is an easy 5 minute drive, ferry is a 7 minute drive. The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking needs you may have. The dining table comfortably sits 5 with 2 chairs and a bench seat. The peninsula has 3 stools to accomodate more guest seating. The living room has 2 comfy couches, a propane fireplace and a smart TV. The main living area is open concept on the main floor. *Dining table could double as workspace. The utility/bathroom on the main with washer & dryer, shower/tub combo, and sink with storage vanity. The main bedroom has a King Bed, 2 nightstands and closet with dresser. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs has 3 full over twin trundle beds. There is a dresser a and storage cabinet. There is also a smart TV. There is also a sleeping loft with 2 queen beds. The property is on a triple lot, so plenty of room to roam. The patio has 6 Adirondack chairs that are easy to move around the property. There is an outdoor picnic style table and umbrella. There is a charcoal bbq to grill. We are flexible in terms of lease duration but we will most likely be renting through the end summer on a short term rental basis. House is fully furnished. Pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis with an $1000 pet deposit/fee, $200 of it being nonrefundable, and a signed pet agreement. Tenants are expected to mow/maintain the property on a regular basis. Utilities included, but will have to pay internet and garbage. Some flexibility on month(s) leased.
