Don't forget the breathtaking views through the grand cathederal style windows from the living room. Located within 30 minutes of three area ski resorts, and dozens of campgrounds and hikes - explore your hearts content and you'll still never run out of adventures. Rent is $3,100/month. There's a $50 Application Fee, $150 Lease Initiation Fee, and $3,100 Security Deposit. The following utilities will be the Resident's responsibility: electricity (with solar panels on the cabin); propane tank (will come full at move in, but will be Resident's responsibility to fill every time thereafter); self-sufficient well for water; septic tank for sewage, garbage billing with Waste Management. A cat or dog allowed with pet deposit of $400 ($200 of which would be non-refundable). Willing to remove furnishings, if not needed. ERA Resident Rewards: $39 / month in addition to rent: ERA Property Management residents are enrolled in the ERA Resident Rewards program upon lease signing.
