The home includes all appliances and furniture pictured. All utilities, including Netflix and internet, are included. There's an in-home washer/dryer available to use, including laundry detergent and dryer sheets. You'll have everything you'd need for a start, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, hair dryer, etc. Outside, you'll find a nice, shared front porch and small front yard. This home has a great fenced in back yard, ideal for kids and pets to play. There is driveway parking and street parking available. *30 Day Minimum* Availability and move in date is flexible.
