Landlord takes care of snow removal. 12-month lease with first month and $1,025 security deposit due at signing. Tenant must prove income of 2.5 times the monthly rent before setting up a time to view the apartment. Some form of updated credit score must also show 630 or higher. This can be through Credit Karma or a credit card app. There is an early monthly payment discount of $50 if paid before due date.
