We are tucked back in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood that is 10-15 minutes to the CLT Airport, Carowinds, SouthEnd and Uptown. There is also easy access to I-485 and I-77. Take advantage of having a whole house to yourself by relaxing in the living area with a 75 inch tv, cooking your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoying the large backyard with sun room as well for outdoor lounging. INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, INTERNET, AND LAWN CARE. The space - - Big Room - The big room consists of a living room and dining area with table. The living room has a big sectional couch and a 75 inch Samsung Smart TV. Do not use the firepit. There are extra blankets in the bedrooms. - Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with all your basic cooking needs. Includes fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, crockpot, utensils, plates, pots and pans, etc. Please use a trivet hot pad on the counter. - Master Bedroom - King sized bed with access to the sun room. Also includes a 55 inch Roku Smart TV. - Master Bathroom/Walk In Closet - The master bathroom includes a shower, soaking tub, 2 sinks, and a walk in closet. - 2nd Bedroom with office - Queen sized bedroom with closet. Also includes a desk with 2 monitors and a docking station ready to plug your laptop in. - 3rd Bedroom - Queen sized bedroom with closet. Includes a TV with Roku connected to it. - Guest Bathroom - Shared bathroom - Laundry Room - Washer and dryer for your use. Laundry detergent included. - Patio/Backyard - Huge backyard that includes a patio and firepit. There is extra firewood behind the shed. Please be careful when having a bonfire. Patio includes a gas grill and string lights. Make sure to turn the gas off on the grill. Switch for string lights is to the right of the chimney. - Sun Room - Nice hangout spot but still be protected from the bugs. Includes string lights and plenty of seating. Switch for the string lights is under the clock. If you move any of the furniture please be sure to return to its original spot. Guest Access - Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage and back shed. Other details to note - Pets will be allowed on a case by case basis. There will be an extra fee associated with having a pet stay. Neighborhood Description - Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the McDowell Meadows Neighborhood. Rent includes all utilities and lawn service. Open to negotiation. Pets will be allowed on a case by case basis.
