This house is normally a vacation rental, but owner says to tie it up for the winter season, from October to March (there is some flexibility). Master suite with 3/4 bath and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom and 2nd full bath off the hallway. Downstairs there is a 3rd bedroom, 1/2 bath, huge laundry room, rec room with pool table, mud room and garage. Located on the west side of Port Angeles, close to the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Just steps away from the Olympic Discovery Trail. Comfort and quality furnishings await you. Quality linens, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need for preparing your meals. Owner pays gardening. UTILITIES: All utilities and Internet are provided. There is a $150 monthly cap on electric usage, and you are welcome to pay for any premium services you may desire. Comes with all appliances, including washer and dryer. Full kitchen set up. Linens. Outdoor furniture and grill. Sorry, no pets. Application fee is $51 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. NOTE: Blue Sage represents the owner. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of $8000 or sufficient savings to live on, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month. We require first, last and deposit to move in. Deposit represents refundable security. Minimum move out cleaning fee of $350, but that covers a lot.
