This single wide trailer is close to tiny living but with a little elbow room. Not fancy just perfect for that person that likes a cozy place to hear the birds and take walks to the beach and boat and fish within walking distance. Tile floors two bedrooms, bonus room and living room and full kitchen, 1 full bathroom room and half bath. Trailer has new metal roof, but does not feel completely level so it is not perfect but great for a person looking for quiet place to them self. There is a dog park just around the corner, dogs and cats are welcome upon approval of type of breed. Portable A/C unit, Forced air Heating, High speed Internet. NO smoking, owner pays for water, renters pays for Electrical and Internet. Month to Month possible or 6 Month lease. Possibly longer, no fenced yard but dog park just around the corner, Pets must be approved prior to acceptance. Home is small and no more then 2 people accepted. Very quiet neighborhood and private drive all drivers must drive slow as there are blind deaf dogs on road. Great place to just chill!
