High speed internet and tv streaming (Spectrum). The house is heated upstairs and down with high efficiency Mini Split Hvac units, baseboard heat and a wood stove. Pets will be considered with a $500 refundable deposit. All utilities are included EXCEPT for Electric which is the main source of heat. Power will be paid monthly by the tenant. House is available October 1, 2023. A 30 day minimum is required. Will consider an extension into summer at seasonal rates. Please note that the house does not have a yard. It is truly city living. The House is no smoking in and outside the property. $50.00 for first Applicant and $20.00 for each non-related additional applicant. Rental Application fee to be paid in Cash. First months rent--deposit that takes the property off the market. Security Deposit--same as one month's rental amount. Last Month's rent to be paid at lease signing Pet Fee = $200.00 for each pet and is NON-REFUNDABLE Additional requirements: credit history check and criminal background check. Credit history must not contain judgments, eviction filings, collections, liens, current bankruptcies, or 90 day late payments.
