After 15 days of non-payment of rent, the landlord will evict the tenant immediately! The renter will be responsible for yard upkeep (mowing, weed eating, etc.) NO smoking allowed! If smoking is detected in the house (smell) security deposit of $400 will not be returned. No pets allowed! If pets are detected in the house security deposit of $400 will not be returned and the renter will pay for ALL pet damages. The lease duration is approximately 6 months. May be renewed for 2025 at the discretion of the landlord. Renter's insurance is required before occupying premises (must provide legitimate proof).
