How would you like to rent on a FARM, Freshly painted farm house on 12 1/2 acres, several out buildings, a barn and 3 large corals. Beautiful views, lots of water, enjoy the farm life. You have access to 100 yards of reiver access We do have one catch, the ex owners have yet to relocate to their next residence. I am expecting this to happen in October so the place should be available 11/1 Owner will pay for water for the whole farm and garbage, you pay electric and feed for any animals you store in the corals. I do have a rental agreement and am willing to rent short term or lease for a year. I am leasing out some farm acreage and Corrals to pick up some additional income, you are allowed to use some also.... No Smoking in the house and must be safe outside too. I would like you to carry rental insurance I do have a lease agreement for you if interested.
