The kitchen features granite countertops, custom wood cabinetry, a large island with barstool seating, an AGA (Swedish oven/cooker), a 5-burner gas cooktop, two sinks, a walk-in pantry, and a lovely dining room with views. The second floor is carpeted and includes 2 additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy the expansive views and sunsets from the large deck and mature landscaping throughout the property. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, phone (optional), internet, and satellite or cable TV.
