This is a furnished winter rental running from October 2- May 31st. The Quarry House is situated on our private quarry just minutes from downtown Rockland and Camden.The house has a unique open layout. The first floors open concept living area features a well equipped kitchen that flows easily into the dining and living areasThe master bedroom is on the first floor with a queen size bed and sliders that open up to a large deck with sitting areas and distance views of Penobscot Bay. A nice size master bathroom with a large jacuzzi bath/shower is the ideal spot to unwind! There's also a half bath and laundry area off of the kitchen. The second floor with its unique open layout overlooks the first floor. The bedroom and TV/ sitting area on this floor run the full length of the house. There is a full bath on this floor also. The decks are on each end offering views of the Penobscot Bay on one end and the quarry on the other end. Renter responsible for utilities, snow plowing & housekeeping. A dog may be considered.
