Adorable House in the Upper Avenues with large yard and covered garage You would be hard pressed to find a cuter house, in a cuter neighborhood in Salt Lake than 423 K Street. Starting from the outside moving in, 423 is situated between 8th and 9th avenue on K Street in the Upper Avenues. 3 blocks to the East is a beautiful park with views of the city and its own dog park. 7 blocks to the north turns into the foothills with access to endless hiking and mountain biking trails including the shoreline trailhead leading directly to the University of Utah. 6 blocks to the west is the grocery store, and a new bus stop was just added on 9th avenue that runs from the city to the university.
