Half bath in basement , off street parking area is available behind house to park one vehicle , and street parking is available . 2 bedrooms on second level and large bedroom on third floor . Home has 3 zoned oil baseboard heat. Main bath is on first level. Tenant will be responsible to mow grass and shovel side walk. Tenant responsible for ALL UTIITIES (except sewer and trash and high speed internet .) Owner pays sewer and trash, and Hi speed Comcast internet ( we have outside security cameras ) , water bill will remain in owners name but will have to be paid quarterly by tenant and all other utilities to be paid by tenant ( oil heat and hot water, electric, cable, phone, etc) . Month to Month lease , pets negotiable with non refundable pet deposit and. service animals/ESA animals will require doctors certification and proof of vaccinations, etc . Also , renters insurance required prior to move in , no exceptions . First month and security deposit/pet deposit required prior to moving in. Please apply prior to asking to meet to see the home. More pics will be posted after home repairs made. We can do free background checks, and will need current landlord references, and proof of income. All adults over 18 will need to fill out out application or provide necessary info for owner to run background checks, , no exceptions. No section 8 at this time.
