It is extremely family friendly in an oversized square culdesac type street. No through traffic. Just 2 mins off the Bend Parkway and tucked at the base of Awbrey Butte. Quiet, no road noise and you have super quick access to get where ever you need to go. Downtown is only a 6min drive. (Or bring your bikes and connect a couple blocks down the road to take the famous river trail) We've worked hard to setup an amazing home that we enjoy ourselves as much as possible and know you'll love it! We are strict with NO Pets and NO smoking. NO exceptions. Again, there are NO exceptions. There is access to the river trail nearby. While the Deschutes river in this particular part of town is not for floating, the trail is spectacular! Enjoy amazing views any time of day looking north towards the mountains with deer grazing in the trees every evening. Just a few blocks south is Sawyer Park and the best breakfast restaurant in town, McKay's Cottage! 1.5miles north is the new Riley Ranch Nature Preserve. It has stellar walking trails against the Deschutes River canyon. Only 5 minutes drive further is Tumalo State Park, perfect for the low key river float, swim or picnic with plenty of shade. There is also a rustic food truck court, tap room and coffee shop here that's worth a visit to explore. Come experience the low key, hidden gems of Bend only minutes drive from the action of downtown, Old Mill and Drake Park!
