This is a fully furnished home that we had previously listed with Airbnb as a short-term rental. We are now looking for a longer-term tenant for a minimum of 6 months with all utilities paid: water, electric, gas, and internet. It is within a mile of Bend's only hospital, St. Charles Medical Center, and only blocks away from Mt. View High School. Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District are both less than 5 miles away. There are many eateries including 10 Barrel Brewing Company less than a couple of miles away. Discover restaurants, breweries, shopping, and more! We'd rather rent to someone without pets but we would consider ONE pet. If approved, the security deposit would increase by $500 and there would be an additional NON-REFUNDABLE $500 deposit required and Pet Rent of $100 added to the base rent. There is a small studio on this property that is rented separately. It has its entrance on the other side of the house and there is no shared space with the main house. Rent includes all utilizes.
