Violations might lead to the forfeit of security deposit plus monetary penalties for property damages. We currently have a washer and dryer set that you can use, but you are responsible for maintaining it. First and last month rent plus $2500 security deposit, and $350 move-out carpet cleaning fee due at the time of signing the lease.
