We are renting our beautiful, remodeled and unfurnished 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the Trailside area of Park City starting October 2023! In the last few years, we have remodeled the Master and all the bathrooms, closets and backyard, upgraded to fiber internet, installed solar panels and bought new appliances including fridge, microwave and dishwasher. We had the full 1st Floor including kitchen cabinets freshly painted, house and carpet deep cleaned. There's a 2-car garage and spots for 3 cars on the driveway as well as street parking. Fenced backyard with a backyard deck (shade during the summer) and ample front yard. This home has an ideal location right across from a park so you have the full view of Canyons Mountain Resort from your bedrooms. We are located within biking distance from the Round Valley Trail system and Trailside School District and 15 minutes drive to Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Village. Features: Granite bathroom countertops, remodeled Master shower and dual sinks, Central air conditioning, Water softener, Gas fireplace, Solar panels, Remodeled and custom closet drawers for maximum usage of space, Fenced backyard with large, Backyard space, WiFi-controlled thermostat, Fiber internet option One year lease or more (long-term renters) with first and last month's rent and security deposit. We will give priority to those who are able to put down first few months of rent but it's not a requirement. Owner will pay for waste disposal, trash, water, HOA fees and water softener salt. Renters are responsible for utilities including power, gas, lawn/garden maintenance, cable, internet and snow removal. We are open to well-behaved dogs and would like to meet everyone in the household. Please let us know ahead of time that you have a dog as that's something we're open to and will take into consideration. Each pet is $100/month. And any additional tenant outside of the family is $100/month. No smoking in and around property premise.
