This minimalist, open layout and bright vibes studio feels both like a vacation & a sweet little home. In my opinion, this westside location is unbeatable. You are walking distance from several coffee shops, grocery, restaurants & boutiques & a 15-20 min walk to downtown Bend along beautiful drake park or columbia park -both overlook the river. There is speedy wifi (no TV), plenty of great books, a full kitchen, bed, desk & a futon that opens to a bed. Fully furnished. A huge private patio that doubles the size of the studio & separate entrance. Huge locked storage space available underneath the deck for outdoor gear/extra storage. Extra bike available upon request and washer and dryer in garage can be shared. (Utilities included). Photos in the emptier furnishing style are how the studio is currently set up. Me and my pup live in the main house downstairs. Have always had amazing community vibes with anyone in the studio over the years. If our dogs get along, (my dog is 60lbs and plays hard) would be so happy to share the large main backyard that's fenced so they can play :) If not, Overturf park is a lovely short walk from the apartment. Along with several amazing trails. Would love to rent by mid-end of October. Sooner the better! You also have your own parking spot, outdoor fire pit area and plenty of street parking.
