The house has spectacular views of lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains. The condo is a short, two minute, walk from downtown Weirs Beach. A large deck with walk out sliders from the kitchen and living room. Primary bedroom has a King size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, and bedroom #3 has a queen with closet. Dining room and open concept kitchen with all appliances. Washer and dryer in home. NO PETS. Tenant is responsible for all utilities: electric, heat (oil), cable/internet, water, sewer and snow removal. Just steps away from Akwa Marina, renters have full access to the Yacht Club's Amenities including A large sandy beach, custom pool, and patio, hot tub, volleyball court, bocce ball court, two outdoor fire pits, two outside pavilions.
