Easy I-90 access to downtown Spokane, hospitals, airport, CDA, mountains, lakes, shopping, and more! Freshly updated with new paint and all new stainless appliances. Enjoy the best of both worlds at the Regal Street Retreat! Single owner lives upstairs so it will be very quiet. Located on Spokane's desirable south hill, nestled into a forest-like setting. Tall pines insulate the sounds of the city while you enjoy natural wildlife from your windows. This very dry daylight basement is fully separate and private, with lots of windows that provide natural light, two exits, and fresh white paint. The non-egress, en-suite bedroom is quiet and dark for easy sleeping. Well equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs, and a second full bathroom with stand up shower. Enjoy a large, fenced backyard with garden lights and covered outdoor seating while you watch the neighborhood deer and turkeys roam the property. Utilize the covered outdoor seating area to watch a summer storm or turn on the gas fireplace during those chilly PNW days and nights. A full sized washer and dryer is provided in the second bathroom for your convenience. You have access to your non-covered parking space that fits 2 cars in tandem, your full daylight basement, and the full backyard. The shed and garden shed are private but available for guest use for an additional fee. Other things to note There is one motion detected outdoor security camera that looks down onto the walkway to the front door. It will be on during your stay. We do not allow smoking of any kind or events at the Regal Street Retreat. Fully furnished, short-term rental (minimum 30 days). Owner lives upstairs and is responsible for all utilities, including w/s/g, internet, and electricity. No smoking of any kind on the property. A separate, non-covered, 2 car in tandem parking spot is provided where smoking is allowed. No pets allowed due to allergies.
