(4. We don't usually consider student loans and we NEVER consider medical debt as a negative. This means we don't usually disqualify applicants for having either of those types of debt. (5. Other types of debt or delinquencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are usually only concerned with delinquent, charged-off & collections debt. (6. Criminal background will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have something on your criminal record, it's best to ask us about it prior to applying. (7.
