The full, unfinished basement has a washer, dryer, laundry sink and the second bathroom. The dining room, hallway, living room and all three bedrooms have hardwood floors. This house also has central AC, off street parking for up to four cars and is walking distance to downtown Salem as well as Roanoke College. Full security deposit ($2000) and a signed lease are required to hold the house. First month's rent is due at move in. **Please tell me about yourself and who would be living with you in the house. *Parents are required to co-sign the lease and we only allow one student per bedroom.
