About the house... This Cape-Cod-styled rental home is located on the corner of Bainbridge Road and Staunton Road in the Jewish Orthodox neighborhood of Cleveland Heights. You re within walking distance to Cain Park and Whole Foods, and just a short drive to the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom (shower and tub combo). The living room has a fireplace and connects to the carpeted dining room. The kitchen comes with all major appliances (a stove, fridge, and dishwasher). The second floor is set up like an attic suite with two bedroom areas that are both carpeted. The finished basement features a fireplace and a laundry room area with a washer and dryer. The home has central air, a whole-house security system, ceiling fans throughout, a backyard porch, a backyard, and a detached garage. Pet friendly too.
