Centrally located minutes from Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve University, this newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perfect for families or business travelers. The brick house has a big driveway for parking cars and the garage is available for you to use as well! The kitchen has radiant floor heating, granite counters, all major appliances, a built-in seating area, and overlooks the backyard with original windows. The sprawling living room can comfortably seat 6 people and is made to entertain or relax. The mounted Smart TV has ROKU hookup and we've programmed YouTube TV for you to use. The dining room connects to the kitchen area. The dining table seats 6. There is a half bathroom on the first floor. Head up the grand staircase to find 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has its own walk-in closet and a full king size bed. The other two bedrooms have double beds with a shared closet in between each bedroom. The third floor is extra private. It has two twin beds and a full bathroom (cast-iron tub with a shower hook up). The basement is incredibly spacious with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Other Things To Note: House uses radiator heat. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. Bedrooms are located on the second and third floor. Must be comfortable with stairs. Parking on the street is free during the day, but you'll need to move your car into the driveway at night. High speed WiFi, Smart TVs with YouTube TV and Roku hookup, and whole-house security system provided. Features of the neighborhood: This custom built home is a landmark in the historic Forest Hills neighborhood. The house is just a short 5 or 10 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve University. You're within walking distance to the Forest Hill Park, Starbucks, donut/coffee shops, and the Cleveland Heights Rec Center. Take a short drive to nearby grocery stores, ethnic restaurants (sushi, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, and Chinese), locally owned clothing stores, the famous Little Italy, and the world renowned Cleveland Orchestra at Severance Hall.
