Located on a tree-lined street in the heart of Cleveland Heights, this home boasts a ton of space for short or long term stays. Bring those pets too! This is a very pet friendly house with a front and backyard. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the front porch. The living room connects to the dining room area. The living room has a Smart TV with Roku hookup set up in the living room. The dining room has hardwood floors and lots of space for hosting/gathering. Original built-in cabinets and stain glass window. The kitchen comes with all appliances and cookware. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, an office area, and a full bathroom. The office area can be set up with an additional bed. The third floor is super quiet. It's carpeted and has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. Tons of space to spread out. There is a couch for additional sleeping. Central air, washer and dryer in basement, two-car detached garage, and lots of driveway space. The house is near grocery stores, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Walmart/Target, breweries, wine stores, and more. Easy to catch an Uber or Lyft and a very quick drive to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, University Hospitals, CWRU, and other Cleveland destinations.
