This home comes fully furnished and is ideal for a family of 4 or 5 with a finished walk-out basement, ample closet space, shelving and other storage (including a storage shed), a backyard patio and play set, and a single-car garage with an extra fridge/freezer. The house is centrally located right in the Village of Liverpool, walkable to downtown shops and restaurants, Liverpool Elementary School and Liverpool Middle School, and Onondaga Lake Park. I (the property owner) am a mom working to make a little extra income off of the two NY state properties I've flipped myself. I've moved 10 times in the last 10 years, and have lived with my 3 and 10 year old kiddos and small furball in both rentals I own while I fixed them up.
