My rustic and peaceful home is sitting atop an orchard in the hills above Flathead Lake, surrounded by forest. The property has views of Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains. It sits on 7 private acres: orchard, meadows, private fish pond, stream and forest. It is a drive of 15 mins to Lakeside (with Legacy bike park, Blacktail ski area) and 20 / 30 to Polson / Kalispell for extended options. The place is 2 miles off Highway US-93 up a private gravel road. You will want 4wd / chains in snowy conditions. Pets are ok, but by agreement only. There is no cell service, dishwasher or TV (a 28" screen with chromecast is present). Reliable and fast Starlink internet wifi is included in the rent. The term of the lease is negotiable: 3 months minimum, longer is preferred. Renter pays propane and power at cost as metered.
