Our home is available for the months of January-June 2023. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is between homes and needs a short term place to stay, but wants to avoid being forced into a 12 month contract. It would also be perfect for skiiers wanting a place to enjoy for a few months in the height of the ski season, PLUS closeby to Park City & the iconic Sundance film festival. Our home is in a small, beautiful neighborhood called Cascade Meadows, nestled back by the mountains in Midway. The community is very private & consists largely of green space, with a small playground in the center. The interior of our home is spacious, with 2 story ceilings & an open floor plan. It has 6 bedrooms- 3 of which are on the 2nd story & are smaller children's rooms. The master is on the main floor, & the remaining 2 bedrooms are in the basement. There is also an office on the main floor. All areas of the house will remain furnished, but will be decluttered of our personal belongings, with new linens, towels, etc. Text me with any questions! We're open to negotiating time frame based on tenants' circumstances. Renter pays for Electric/gas. Owner pays for trash, sewer, garbage, internet, security, pest control, and HOA. No smoking allowed. Small pets allowed with additional security deposit.
