Back then, it got all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows, doors, insulation, drywall, trim, and lots more. It got new kitchen countertops, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, ceiling fans, flooring, faucets, doors, doorknobs, etc. It is a nice place. Included in the rent are a fridge, stove, range, and microwave. A washer and dryer are not included. The tenant pays for electric and water. There is no gas. The rent is $1,800 per month. $1,800 deposit. I will allow 1 cat. No dogs. I mow the grass, so, you don't have to worry about lawncare. I do not accept Section 8.
