The application fee is $32 per adult and we require a $500 holding fee to take the Property off the market. If the application is approved, it goes toward the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent. If your application is denied, we return the $500 to you. If you are interested in using a housing voucher, we do accept vouchers. In order to process the application, we will need the following items: - Application for all adult applicants - please see attached document to this email. - Application Fees - this must be in the form of a money order.
