This bright, airy home is located in a peaceful tree-lined residential neighborhood in West Asheville. It is the top floor of a duplex. It has two large bedrooms with a queen and a king bed (respectively) and one smaller room with a couch that converts to a bed and can be used as an office or a guest space. There is a large eat-in kitchen that opens to a spacious living room with a large window and windowed screen-door for plenty of light. The home is fully furnished and has a modern, natural feel. The kitchen is fully stocked there are ample linens and everything you need for a comfortable stay. This sweet home provides a quiet respite in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance from the shops, bars, and restaurants on Haywood Rd in West Asheville. If you're not familiar with the neighborhood, West Asheville is known as the funky, local alternative to the more touristy downtown Asheville. We have recently updated the house and it has been freshly painted and the bathroom has been redone. Smaller, well-behaved, dogs are allowed! Apologies but no cats. Fully furnished rental, all utilities included, $150 non-refundable pet fee for small dogs (no large dogs or cats allowed), $1000 deposit required to secure rental, first month's rent due upon move-in.
