No drug use is allowed. No pets or animals are allowed of any kind. Background check will be administered. You must be 55 years old or older to be able to live in this community. Nobody can you the facilities except the leasees. You will need to read the rules of the HOA for exceptions. Lease must be for at least one year or more, no short-term leases. No sublets are allowed. The tenant would be required and responsible to turn on all utilities in their name and when leaving it is their responsibility to turn off their utilities. This would include electric, natural gas, water, sewer, trash, trash containers, internet/TV/phone. The internet has been already pulled and ready for a router. Again, the Tenant is responsible for the payment of all utilities. The tenant will give the Landlord 30 days notice that they want to leave the premises at the end of the lease or if they decided to stay, another lease will be prepared. If you would like a longer lease than one year that can be arranged. There is a 2 car garage for your parking. The HOA fees will be paid by the landlord. You will get a copy of the rules and regulations. A background screening will be required prior to leasing the property.
