Need a fully furnished place for 1-4 months that's close to major hospitals? This is a fully furnished, freestanding, single-family house with a 600 SF detached garage, suitable for vehicle parking and/or storage, accessible through the private courtyard/backyard. Fully updated and stylish interior, especially the hardwood floors and the 50's-esque kitchen. You're 2.1 miles to St. Joseph Medical Center, 1.1 miles to Kaiser Permanente Tacoma Medical Center, and 13 miles to the hospital at JBLM. House has a HUGE living room with a wall-mounted 63 inch tv. We've run it as an air bnb (have had excellent feedback and many great guests!) but we're looking for tenants for somewhat longer temporary stays (minimum 30 days to a maximum of four months). The master bed is a Queen. It has a new hybrid memory foam mattress (purchased Dec. 2022) that is medium-firm. We only use real cotton sheets; no tacky microfiber nonsense. There is a trundle daybed in the second bedroom. It has two twin mattresses; one extra thick with a pillow top and one that is more basic (in the roll-out trundle part). The twin bed is a standard twin, and large adults might find it small for them, like any twin bed would be. We have fast wifi and a desk so you can get some work done. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub and shower enclosure. Plenty of large, thick towels. Has a new eco-efficient heat/AC system, and, a new energy-efficient stack washer/dryer. The spacious eat-in kitchen has a table that seats four. There are the basics for cooking: pots and pans, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Theres also a microwave so you can reheat any leftovers from the delicious nearby restaurants just around the corner. This is a FURNISHED rental. No smokers or vapers (even "outside" smokers). No pets. Thirty-day stay minimum. Four-month lease maximum. Security deposit of one month's rent. Factors considered in your application: Background/credit check (we will not accept a reusable tenant screening report, and we conduct the background/credit check outside of Zillow); proof of income; sufficient monthly income; non-smoking; no pets. Smoking, pets, insufficient income, criminal history or derogatory credit history may be grounds for denial of any application.
